All food sales, order fulfilment, pricing, delivery, refunds, and customer service are the sole responsibility of Fortune Chinese Takeaway.
Your contract for the purchase of food is directly with Fortune Chinese Takeaway, not with YGO EATS.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase Products from Fortune Chinese Takeaway.
Acceptance of an order occurs only when Fortune Chinese Takeaway confirms the order by email, SMS, or on-screen notification.
Fortune Chinese Takeaway reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Fortune Chinese Takeaway's total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
